Our non-contracted services are often referred to as our Pay As You Go IT Support plan. If for whatever reason our Contracted Services aren’t right for you, then you can sign up to this reactive service. We do an audit on your system, as we would do for any contracted client, and then you’re free to call us whenever you want and we will react to your problems on an individual basis.

What makes this service special?

• No call out charges if you are based in the Cairns area. If you’re based outside of the Cairns area travelling time is included
• You simply pay for what you use, with a minimum billing period of 1 hour. We won’t come and leave in five minutes however. Where the job can be completed quickly we will use the time to look over your system and offer any other services we can.
• Full access to our complete team of technical staff, including Microsoft & Novell Certified Professionals, Licensed Data & Phone Cables and Alcatel Field Engineers
• Support provided by phone, remote access or onsite visits
